Went there for a relaxing spa day with my partner. The staff working are extremely friendly and gave us a tour of the small but super quaint and cozy facility. There were 2 hot baths, 2 dry saunas (one in a barrel which was really fun), a cold bath and a eucalyptus bath. I believe there were also masotherapists available by appointment. Also had lunch at the restaurant which was reasonably priced, the portions were decent and the food was quite good as well. Service at the restaurant could have been a bit warmer but nothing too unmanageable. Overall we both left feeling super relaxed and invigorated.

This place is soon relaxing. i got the most amazing massage of my life with perfect pressure in a little cabin outside by the pool in an amazing bed with spa music and everything. i would recommend going there in the winter because it is beyond beautiful. They have a heated pool and i would sit there and relax in the pool while snow fell on my face. they also have free breakfast which is a plus. MY room was great, comfortable beds, jacuzzi, nice bathroom. After taking a swim, having a massage, and an hour long horse ride (which i recommend) the hotel gave us a coupon to a restaurant near the hotel since they don't serve dinner, and when we got there it was a very small little dinner place. it was a 3 course meal with soup, and then another course i can't remember, and then a choice of dish which i believe was butterfly strip or tomato pasta, which i chose the shrimp. It was excellent! very fresh. Anyways, if you are looking for a fun winter weekend, GO HERE!

The swimming pools had a problems the day before and the water was just got enough to go inside, not as it was supposed to be.

We booked the spa and dog sledding package. We were led to believe that this included a massage and were not informed that the "spa" meant just the baths. During our trip our car had broken down. We were initially told the dog sledding place was 10 min away from the spa but when we got to the spa they told us it was 30 min away. We had a group of 10 girls and only one car as on3 had broken down. We explained our situation to the lady st the front and she simply told us everything was non refundable and that we should still go to the dog sledding in one car by doing two trips. It was snowing and really bad weather outside but according to her the roads were fine. We did not end up doing rhe dog sledding and lost that money. We did stay for the spa portion. No tour of the place was given. Baths were mediocre and dirty inside. Service was not the greatest. Could have been more friendly since we travelled over 7 hours to get here. Would not go here again.

Very beautiful place though it is pretty small. It has two warm pools, two saunas and a cold waterfall outside and a steam room inside. We went there after skiing in the evening in January when there was a lot snow and it was cold. Looked like a fairytale. It's a really good place to relax after a day or two of activities. We liked pools and a steam room but saunas were pretty cold. We didn't like the idea and mechanism that we have to turn it on by ourselves, max only for 15 minutes, but we cannot control the temperature. There were enough people to keep it hot as it should be all the time. Finally we couldn't use saunas.

It was our first time in this beautiful spa, on the top of a little river, a very good resting place. All the equipment are good.
